Not sure where to start? We can show you how to deliver suitable vegetarian and vegan options with our training. We work with schools, hospitals and councils across the country, teaching catering staff how to make sustainable plant-based food.
Is your canteen reaping the benefits of offering a comprehensive plant-based menu? There are so many advantages to having a varied selection of vegetarian and vegan dishes. As well as boosting food sales, plant-based food can be more cost-effective, is more environmentally sustainable and allows you to cater to a wider variety of dietary requirements.
The Vegetarian Society Cookery School can work with you to take your meat-free menu to a new level with exciting, cost-effective dishes.
We can help you to adapt your existing recipes or, if preferred, teach you how to make new options which are specially crafted for bulk cooking in canteens. We understand that you may have guidelines for the food you can purchase, as well as strict budgets – this why we tailor our training to fit your specific situation and requirements.
